Volkswagen expands T-Cross gasoline engine range

Volkswagen has equipped the T-Cross with a 150ps gasoline engine. The 1.5-liter TSI power unit provides a maximum torque of 250Nm from 1,500-3,500 rpm.

Paired to the German OEM’s 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox (DSG), the latest TSI T-Cross will accelerate from 0-100km/h in 8.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 200km/h.

The compact SUV – with top-of-the-range 1.5-liter engine – converts its power into traction to boast combined consumption figures of 5.2 l/100km.
