McLaren details the 4.0-liter V8 Senna

Ahead of it public debut at the Geneva International Motor Show next month, McLaren has released further information on the Senna. Fitted with a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 – McLaren’s most powerful IC engine ever produced for a road car – the limited release hypercar will develop 800ps and 800Nm.

Ford Ranger returns to the USA with a 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine

Fitted with the 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine taken from the Focus RS, the 2019 Ford Ranger marks the OEM’s return to America’s mid-size truck segment. Paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, Ford promises torque comparable to a V6 and the efficiency of a four-cylinder.

Freevalve AB is a Swedish technology company founded year 2000. We have developed and patented a state of the art next-generation valve-train technology, combustion engines. Freevalve began development of its technology in 2000 and its sixth-generation actuator technology represents over a decade of testing and development, both in the lab and on test vehicles driven in real world conditions. Freevalve’s engineering and administrative offices are located at the campus of Koenigsegg Automotive in Ängelholm, Sweden.


We currently have 13 employees with multinational backgrounds, with their eyes set on writing the future of transportation. Passion and will to surpass existing standards is our most valuable characteristic, and we expect you to have that as well. All positions with FreeValve grants a large amount of freedom and responsibility, and at times that will mean long hours and pressure to achieve results.
