The University of Wisconsin-Madison Master of Engineering in Engine Systems (MEES) degree uses the Internet to deliver an innovative graduate curriculum specific to internal combustion engines.
This degree program offers many advantages for engineers seeking to become successful technical leaders of engine development projects. Students use the Internet, live Web conferencing, and software applications to complete assignments and participate in group projects. The result is a flexible learning environment designed to make the best use of a working professional’s time, without interrupting work, family, or travel commitments. As a cohort-based program, the MEES design requires students to work in small teams and encourages them share their learning with classmates, all of who are practicing engineers from engine companies all over the world.
